You know what is actually extreme?

But hey… drink spring water and read food labels and suddenly people act like you need help.

The world doesn’t question sickness.

They want comfort which they feel is safe yet causes decline.

Even if it is killing them.

They’ll say:

”You’re so disciplined”

”You’re taking it too far””Live a little”

But you are living with clarity, energy, peace, and a body that trusts you again.

What they call “extreme” is actually just what the human body was designed for.

What they call “normal” is just slow-motion breakdown accepted as culture or aging.

They will say it’s just due to your age.

This system does not reward health.

It rewards compliance.

It rewards you being sick just enough to need them but not sick enough to question them.

And when you start asking questions? When you stop participating in your own decline?
You become the problem.

Not the disease.

You.

So let them call you obsessed.

Let them call you “too into it.”

Let them say you’re taking it too far.

You. Know what’s actually too far?

Feeling like trash at 25 and calling it “adulting”

Being told your symptoms are normal because they are common.

But ask your self this:

When did we decided that being inflamed, anxious, exhausted, and medicated was reasonable…

and eating whole foods, resting, and regulating your nervous system was obsessive?

You’re not too much.

You’re just not asleep.
