Pilates Classes in West Edmonton

Core Strength Pilates is a form of exercise developed by physical trainer Joseph H. Pilates.

The methodology and design of his exercises focuses on creating a more conditionally balanced body that moves with strength, flexibility, and endurance. The Pilates method emphasizes core strength and stability, which involves securing the pelvic and shoulder girdle and maintaining postural alignment while in motion.
