Pilates Classes in West Edmonton
Core Strength Pilates is a form of exercise developed by physical trainer Joseph H. Pilates.

Wednesday: 7am – 1pm & 6pm – 9pm
Thursday: No classes.
Friday: 7am – 12pm & 3pm – 6pm
Saturday: 9am – 1pm
Sunday: 9am – 1pm
