Movement upright is essential. As a baby we start in the fetal position and our reflexes and neurology take us from that position to being upright. When we lose movement and then lose the upright position we go on a consistent steady decline.
Healing happens with movement. Healing happens with being upright against gravity. We can navigate, adapt and be more resilient with motion and movement.

You should move every day throughout the day – yes you can do it intermittently for shorter bursts with more intensity or long strolls. Keep moving – it helps with clarity/mindset, blood flow, helps slow muscle atrophy.
Movement ideally is best done weight bearing to help bone health as well. If need be hit the pool. Better yet, swim, bike and or run. Resistance training is movement, movement helps support heart health.
