How to move towards health?


Movement, insulin focused nutrition lifestyle, mindset, rest, reset, sleep, sustained ease. All of these are crucial elements for moving towards health. If you are not actively moving towards health you are passively moving towards decline.

Not sure what to do or the first step to take? What feels right to you? Movement, water, nutrients, sleep. It’s your decision to take the first step and pick one that is easy to implement so you feel successful. Once you have made that consistent first step then add another.

Health does not come from doing one thing and one thing alone. As I have spoke about before it is a puzzle, one unique to you or your child. It is figuring out your why, your goals, and resetting them along the way. The body or you’re physiology adapts to what you implement and needs change.
